Program Coordinator - Price County

Embrace Services, Inc. has an opening for a Program Coordinator position based in the Price County Office in Phillips, WI.

The Program Coordinator position is responsible for service implementation and delivery to survivors most impacted by domestic and sexual violence in Price County.

Responsibilities include program development using survivor-driven philosophies; providing personal advocacy, case management, and advocacy-based counseling for survivors and their families in a mobile advocacy format; providing supportive services, advocacy, and follow-up care; community and school outreach and prevention education; collaboration and co-advocacy with community agencies and other programs to promote victim safety and resource options. This position devotes advocacy efforts and resources to help survivors secure safe and stable housing that centers the most-harmed survivor and follows Housing First principles. These positions are also responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining a 24/7 crisis response program to respond and accompany survivors seeking emergency medical attention and/or advocacy accompaniment services.

The position is exempt/salaried. The annual salary range is $47,800 - $61,400 annual salary depending on hours, experience, and office location. A minimum of 37.5 hours per week is required to maintain responsibilities; the position often requires between 37.5-42 hours per week.

This position is required to supervise and provide back-up services to the 24/7 crisis response and accompaniment services system which may require occasional on-call response and accompaniment services shifts be covered by the position. The team of Program Coordinators rotate responsibility of being on-call weekly to provide support to the Crisis Advocate by phone as well as back-up phone answering to the 24/7 helpline and in-person response, if necessary.
